Where does my order ship from?
The Little Peach Gifts virtual headquarters is located in Scottsdale, AZ. Our processed items are shipped through a mailing service until we reach our final goal of opening a brick-and-mortar store.
Are there additional costs for shipping items internationally?
Import duties, taxes, and additional charges are not included in an item’s online price or projected shipping cost. These additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
How long does it take for Little Peach Gifts to ship my order?
Orders placed during the day are packaged in the evenings and dropped off at our mailing service the next morning (with the exclusion of some holidays). In general, we expect our packages to arrive at your front door within 1-3 business days.
Note: Once our packages are out for shipment, they’re out of our control. We at Little Peach Gifts cannot guarantee what will happen to orders in the hands of a third party. Should any issue arise with your order (a lost item, damage to your package, etc.), please reach out to us and we’ll do our very best to make things right. We try to use USPS ONLY as we’ve seen FedEx and UPS leave packages randomly wherever over the last two years and have experienced very bad service with them ourselves such as this.
Can I pick up my order?
Currently, Little Peach Gifts is a virtual operation, and we do not offer customer pickup. However, if you’re local to the Scottsdale, AZ, area and are looking to pick up an item in a hurry for an upcoming special event, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
